Pastry Chef Karly Kuffler bakes flavor-forward, thoughtful cakes and pastries. She is inspired by the bounty of the Hudson Valley (especially its seasonal fruit and rich dairy) where she lives and bakes.

With over 15 years of professional experience ranging from small shops to Gramercy Tavern, Karly brings a skillful artistry to everything she creates. Crescent Rye is her project for offering flavorful, abundant custom orders.
